TOWER OWNERS
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications and its partners provide site development, construction, site management and maintenance services for tower owners. We provide turn-key services from site acquisition to construction for all new site builds. Our teams of RF technicians and tower climbers can perform routine scheduled maintenance, as well as provide rapid response to trouble tickets. Our technicians are trained in the site access procedures unique to each tower owner, and we have contracts in place with all major tower owners allowing us to provide services nationwide. We also offer tower portfolio management services including marketing to new tenants, lease renewals, rent escalations, and rent collection.
FIBER BROADBAND PROVIDERS (CLEC, ILEC, ISP)
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications and its partners provide professional design and build services to broadband providers across the country. We have extensive experience designing and building large fiber networks for fiber providers whether they are bringing broadband service to new markets or bringing last mile laterals to enterprise buildings, venues and towers. Our design-build services include leveraging our real estate and design team to obtain permits, building entrance agreements and franchise agreements for customers. Our footprint means that we can rapidly scale and mobilize anywhere in the country.
NEUTRAL HOST PROVIDERS
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications provides turn-key site development and maintenance services for neutral host providers for all small cell, oDAS and iDAS installations. Our teams are OEM trained and experienced in the installation and maintenance of wireless radio equipment, structured cabling, and infrastructure development in the right-of-way. We bring solutions to market with our knowledge of right-of-way use and our relationships with public utilities and utility pole owners.
WISPS
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications works with WISPs to design and build wireless Internet networks nationwide with LTE and 5G technologies. Using our experience building wireless telecommunications networks we provide in-house, turn-key services from site acquisition to construction and maintenance. We understand the challenges of providing internet service over wireless infrastructure and we work with clients to come up with creative solutions.
VENUE AND BUILDING OWNERS
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications works with venue and enterprise building owners to design in-building network solutions. We understand that in addition to connectivity considerations, in-building networks often have structural and security needs unique to each project. Our in-building solutions use both wired and wireless infrastructure to build the network that meets customer’s needs. OEMS
Legacy Pointe Telecommunications technicians are trained by a variety of OEMs on proper installation and maintenance of RF equipment. We provide installation and service to several OEMs, including routine maintenance following manufacture schedules, and rapid response to trouble tickets.
